The purpose of this book, which has becn a resounding success in Italy since its publishing in 2017. is to bring readers around along the legendarv vinevards of the Côte d'Or, the beating heart of the Burgundy of wine. looking as deeplv as possible into its wide range of aspects.


Armando Castagno was born in Rome in 1969. He eamed degrees first in Law and then in Historv of Arr. He has written with passion about horse racing, English football and sports politics before dedicating himself body and soul to wine. Since 2003 he has conducted Masters degree and in-deprh courses throughout ltalv and teaches at the University of Gastronomic Sciences (UNISG) at Pollenzo.
